Nolan Drafahl
Nolan is a trial lawyer. In the last two years alone, his jury trial results include a $3 million verdict in a “no offer” medical malpractice case, a verdict in a “no offer” police chase case, a $1.3 million verdict in a disputed-liability negligence case, and a $1.75 million verdict in a low-speed car accident case. Nolan has also won bench trials, arbitrations, and has argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Missouri.

Nolan received his law degree with honors from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is a proud member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).

Julia Drafahl
Before joining Drafahl Law Firm, Julia was a high-stakes employment attorney at one of the largest employment law firms in the world. Julia represented Fortune 500 companies in lawsuits all over the country – in both state and federal courts – but now uses that experience and insight at Drafahl Law Firm to fight for the rights of individuals and families.
Julia is an award-winning attorney. She received the Missouri Lawyers Weekly “Up and Coming” Award in 2017, and each year since 2017, she has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers — an honor limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state. In 2021, Julia was also recognized by Best Lawyers as part of their “Ones to Watch.” Outside of her ordinary law practice, Julia also dedicates time to pro bono causes and was previously named to Missouri Bar’s Pro Bono Wall of Fame.
Julia received her law degree with honors from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Julia clerked in the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Michigan and interned for Magistrate Judge David Noce of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri.

Carla Meadows
Carla has 20 years of paralegal experience and helps organize and manage many integral parts of Drafahl Law Firm. Her attention to detail is second to none, and her personality and compassion make her a natural client favorite.
Carla is a St. Louis native. She and her husband and their four children live in St. Louis County.

Tracy Rowland
Tracy has over two decades of paralegal experience. She focuses on Drafahl Law Firm cases that are in litigation. Tracy is among the nicest people you will ever meet, and like her good friend Carla, is a favorite among clients.
Tracy is born and raised in St. Louis. She and her husband have twin daughters in college and another daughter in high school. She and her family are big St. Louis Blues fans!
